Welcome to the 2019-2020 Ice Hawks Registration with Stevens Point Area Youth Hockey Association!
This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Stevens Point Area Youth Hockey Association.
FOR 2019 - 2020 SEASON: All payments need to be made online. No check payments will be accepted.
Families who are requesting to use fundraising credit will be reimbursed via check after try-outs.
No refunds will be given after November 1st. If a refund is needed due to illness, injury etc. this will be decided upon on a case by case basis.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
If you wish to apply for financial assistance, please contact Alice Koback (contact information below) before continuing with this registration. We ask that all financial assistance applications be submitted no later than July 20th to allow for proper review prior to August 1st. Applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed however financial assistance will only be applied to the pre- August 1st registration cost.
Travel players must be registered by first day of try-outs.
Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to sign up for the 2019-2020 Season.
